I have arthritis in my back,knees,feet and thumbs. Rocksause is very good on my back but I have nerve problem in one leg and it doesn’t seem to help that much. I use the hot kind and really use it after a hot shower before bedtime and sleep well.

Best alternative to a cooling-cream
I am a chiropractor and we use this on many of our patients, post-treatment. My patients find that it is a nice alternative to the cooling creams. I explain to them that this is a cream that you can apply (let it soak into your skin before you work out and avoid areas where sweat runs down too much - i.e. knees are okay here) before a workout as well as after a workout. The roll-on application is a huge purchase plus for everyone - APPLY, DRY, DONE!
