How does it work?
RockTapeRX microscopically lifts the skin away from the muscle and fascia, which decompresses the area which reduces swelling. RockTape also signals the central nervous system through the skin's nerves, which provides powerful feedback to minimize pain* and cue form.

rocktape review
I have used Rocktape for years. I have peripheral neuropathy which makes my feet swell. The tape reduces the swelling. I also have revere arthritis and it allows me to relieve aches and pains all over my body. I wouldn't be without it. Years ago I figured if it would help athletes, it should help me. And it has proven to be so.

Gentle relief
I work with folks over 60 that are not athletes!! This tape works great and stays on and doesn't hurt when they take it off. That means they are happy to be taped if the discomfort comes back, or if there is a new area to be addressed. I've also used it in ways not recommended and have yet to cause a blister or skin irritation. Rock tape rocks!!
No more damaged skin!
I am a huge RockTape fan, after trying every other Kinesiology tape brand out there, I am a 100% believer in RockTape. After taping on a new area, I noticed I was getting raw, irritated skin in the same spot each time. I tried RockTape Rx and it was wonderful. It worked just like regular RockTape, nice and sturdy and adhered very well, but at the same time, didn't mess up my skin! You won't be disappointed by this tape, or any of RockTape's tapes!
