Rock tape review

Bought this after my physical therapist used it on my knee. Not sure what I might have done differently when applying it but when my PT used it, the tape stayed on for 5 days even through showers. It lasted only a day when I put it on and then it would start slowly rolling off. Not sure I would buy it again. It seemed like a good deal when I thought it would last 5 days, not so much when it lasted only one. I tried it on two separate occasions and both times, started peeling after a day.

Tape that works

I recently switched back to RockTape from another brand. The adhesive is second to none. Longer lasting for my athletes. I will be using RockTape moving forward.
