Extra Sticky Rock Tape
This is the best tape ever for tennis. This tape will stay on during the summer months with all the sweat and humidity. Stays on during swimming etc. I highly recommend this tape.

RockTape
Over the years I have tried multiple brands of kinesiology tape. RockTape is by far the most resilient, staying intact during and long after CrossFit WODs, pool workouts, and even after manual therapy where lotion was applied to the skin. Not sticky enough
I am a hairy dude, so I shaved my arms and tried this stuff. Barely lasted 6 hours before the ends started coming up. Very disappointed because I get such relief from using RT....
