This is the first time with something like this. All new to Us.
Put some on my wife for back pain. No change for now. Will try again.
Put some on my shoulder. The basic wrap. I could feel some change, but turned out I pulled my Bursa Muscle. Dong PT now. Probably try a diff wrap later.
Again first time, we'll see. Oh year, I'm 70 years old, wife a little younger..
I swear by this product to get me through training sessions and tennis matches. I still don't get how it works, but it does. Great instruction pamphlet covers all body parts.
I've beat myself up with 32 years of construction. After my chiropractor recommended Rock Tape for my carpel tunnel, I gave it a shot. I think it works great. It stays on all day even in wet conditions. I've already given rolls away to other veteran construction guys. My son also had heel pain that the tape helped. So many uses! I'm a huge fan.
I am a PT with a very active sports family. My 2 Godsons are always playing basketball, indoor leagues, outdoor summer leagues, basketball camps, etc. I make it a point to always have my Rocktape and scissors in my car. Between my (assessments), manual skills, icing, and Rocktape, we are always ready to play! Thanks Rocktape. You are a staple that keeps us going! Not to mention, using it in the clinic on a regular basis!
I have been using Rock Tape for almost 2 years and have found it to be the best ....it stays on! - swimmers, runners and even my elderly clients who aren't so active...it does the job!
This is by far the best tape I've used! I have bad knees and have been looking for something to provide recovery and this works like a charm. I can now enjoy more runs thanks to rock tape!
I'm recovering from two broken metatarsals (w. a metal plate and screws), and my chiropractor gave me some Rock Tape to try. It is wonderful - easy to apply, and helps hold my foot together without the uncomfortable compression from ace bandaging or compression socks. Had to travel on a 15 hour plane flight, and stand around for receptions at a film festival. I found Rock Tape in a retail store overseas, and bought more boxes. Thanks!
Rocktape has been a lifesaver while my knee is healing up. I am a competitive cyclist and putting long miles on the bike. Before I was using Rocktape my knee was stiff and tender. After Rocktape I noticed instant relief. It's very important that the area be cleaned thoroughly or the tape won't stick well. I recommend cleaning the area with alcohol.
Using it for an ITband issue and I love it. It actually sticks and stays on throughout my runs and even after. It basically doesn't come off unless you rip it off, meaning you can shower with it on and it still doesn't budge (unlike other brands that don't even stick when NOT exercising). The only issue I had with it that the strips weren't pre-cut, but that appears to be my issue because I didn't read the fine print. None the less, if you're looking for a kinesiology tape, Rock tape is the best
I am very happy with the 2" rock tape so far. I use it for my right knee and it does seem to help with some support and swelling. My only complaint is that the tape tends to not stick to itself very well, any place that the tape touches another piece of tape it tends to roll up and come unstuck. But other then that I love the product.
I stumbled upon this website before my 2nd 5K. My ankle was really starting to hurt when I ran and I was looking for answers. I didn't find this website in time to experiment before the race. I was walking around the different booths before the race and there was Rock Tape. I talked to the nice guy who taped me up and sent me on my way. Fix one weak area and find another, ha. I left it on for 5 days and it really changed the way I walked on it. It feels great. Im working on healing my ankle while I start on the next weakest link. Thank You Rock Tape.
Very adhesive, stays on 4-5 days no problem.
