I've been using this tape for a while now, and the main reason is because it can withstand the sweat and intensity of our baseball and softball players in the heat of summer down here in the Carolinas. Purchased ROCKTAPE for my daughter's shoulder after we had tried both ROCKTAPE and KTape from our Chiropractor. ROCKTAPE provided far superior support and lasted more than twice as long during long, hot, sweaty marching band rehearsals. Not too long after, I used it on my knee for meniscus issues (we have a genetic connective tissue disorder in the family). Wish I had known about this stuff years ago when I was first diagnosed! Two application tips to keep in mind - round the corners before applying and always warm the tape and area when applying (rub gently) for the best adherence.

I am a martial artist with allot of problems in my foot and ankle . I have tried every other tape out there to help support the areas that need it most. Since there is allot of SWEAT and friction to the tape all the other fall off 1/2 way through my workout. Not the Rock tape. I place it where needed and never think about it again. I think this product helps my chronic shoulder pain. I placed a strip on my knee where I have some lingering meniscus damage and after a few hours the pain was excruciating and persisted for a few days. Do not put this tape on your kneecap/meniscus area!

As the saying goes... You get what you pay for. Rock tape is by far the best K-tape I've used. I suffer from chronic knee issues and K-tape has been a steady tool in my rehabilitation ritual. Solid material, more durable than most of it's competitors on the market. definitely worth it.
I've now used both rock tape and kt tape. I really liked that this stuff was more effective on my shin splints as opposed to the kt tape, but it peels itself of within a day or two of application onto clean, shaven skin. I guess I'll have to give the extra sticky stuff a try.
Purchasing ROCKTAPE was definitely worth the investment. I'm a fan for life. Experienced some Posterior Tibial Tendonosis Dysfunction in my right ankle. The support of this product relieved the pain and soreness within 24 hours. Make sure you warm the area you applying the tape to prior to applying. Rub the tape in also, and avoid pools if possible. Worked great during and after working out.

I standardize on rock tape for treating dowager's hump. Great product... sticks to the skin for very long periods of time.

I've had kinesiotape that falls off by the end of the day it is applied. This tape lasted through a full week of football practice, including warm tub, cold tub, showering, and massage.
The only tape that actually adheres like it should. Every time I wear it, I get asked by many people "what is that?" And "does it work?" My only reply is "it's rock tape and it works for me!" Enough said
I've tried other brands and this one is the most effective and lasts the longest. Some are cheaper but you'll spend about the same anyway because they don't last as long and aren't as effective.

I used the tape for my daughter who was suffering from shin splints from field hockey. I believe the tape worked very well. Her pain resolved within 3 weeks using the tape during sports only. I am a physical therapist and was very impressed with the results. The only drawback is that it is expensive to use for one time application. Due to it irritating her skin, she applied it only for a two to three hour period during her sport events. We went through a roll of tape after just a few days.
I have tested other brands in both my office and personal use. Rocktape is the most durable brand I've found.
