Measure the circumference of your knee around the center of your patella.
Assassins start very snug and can take a few sessions to break in.
If you measure on the higher end of a size, we recommend ordering the next size up.

Rocktape Knee sleeves
The quality of these sleeves is incredible, I have a pair that is about a year old and they are like new. No tears, stretching, or unpleasant smells so far. This is the second pair of RT Knee sleeves that I have purchased in the past year. The first pair I bought in the summer of last year in 7mm for use while squatting and I have now come back to purchase the 5mm for more agility-centric routines. I have always had a challenging time perfecting my squat technique because of weak knees. After using the sleeves I found my technique improving little by little. Now, I have no issues at all with my knees while squatting! These sleeves provide just the right amount of support and compression that I need to continue growing. I would absolutely recommend this brand to anyone looking to buy knee sleeves as an accessory/tool for their gym.

These are great. I've probably got 6-8 other functional fitness athletes to go to these instead of the high priced big name brands. I've tried 3 or 4 other brands and the Rocktape 7mm sleeves fit as well, last as long, look as good if Not better than those others. And they are not as expensive.

I like the product but the additional height is not necessary and creates bunching. I’d prefer the old version which was a bit shorter.

A customer contacted our company about exchanging a Small for a XS. We didn't carry that size anymore, so we contacted RockTape. XS was no longer manufactured, but they were able to find us a replacement that had come in earlier and sent it direct to our customer! Needless to say, our customer was ecstatic to get the right size (especially since its no longer made), and we were very pleased with RockTape's superior customer service.

Assassin's knee sleeves
I bought one pair a couple of months ago. And loved them. Just bought another so I could swap them out, between workouts. The 7mm are great. First pair we're the 5mm. They are good as well. I use the 5 mm now for core and arm day. ( We always super set with some leg exercises). I use the 7mm for "Leg day" and our HIIT workout Love them both

I have worn the assassin knee sleeves for several workouts now. I love them. My only critique is the "what size to order " If you go by the chart they provide I would have worn an XL. I got the larges instead. They fit great. Plus they look awesome
Increased my # of sets!
After moving up in weight in the squat rack I started having slight right knee pain. My form is correct and I always squat A to G, so I think I just needed that extra insulation and support for my knees. I decided to give Rock Tape a try as I felt Ashley Horner's raves were honest and sincere. On the first go I was able to squat my max 6 sets! I was never able to do that before. These sleeves don't require any "breaking in" as they conformed and bent with my knees perfectly. The fact that they're also unique in design and again sooo snug and form-fitting is just...I don't think I'll ever switch brands. I'm in love. I love these sleeves. I'm 5'2", 130 lbs and my knee circumference is almost 13" so I went with the MD's in the 7mm. Follow the sizing chart! I just got my bro to buy a pair too. Thank you Rock Tape!
Must have if you need knee support of any kind
These things are absolutely incredible. I originally bought them for lifting, but after realizing how well they hold to my knees I decided to put them to use in the sport I play as well and was shocked to notice they stayed in place after an entire day of running, diving, sliding, bending and flexing my legs and knees. I'd personally recommend these to anyone looking for a brace for sports and or lifting needs. I have a torn acl and lcl in my right knee and I'll be the first to tell you proper support that stays in place is an important part of my performance in the gym and on the field. These are my new go to for both.

Have tried nearly every one sleeve on the market, and was not satisfied until I came across Rocktape. All other brands have either lost their elasticity, torn, or just never provided the sport I was looking for. All levels of thickness are prefect, just depends on his much support your looking for. Sizing chart is good to follow. Pricing is totally worth it since they come in pairs and have uncontested warranty.
Great knee sleeves, good price
I've been using these knee sleeves for about a month. Chose them over other brands based on reviews, rocktape brand, and the fact that you get a pair for $70 as opposed to 1 for $70. I measured out as an XL, and was a little worried they'd be too large but they fit perfect. Just a little snug, but I prefer that. The material is nice and thick. Virtually no slippage when I get sweaty. So far, great knee sleeves and they seem to help my knees and allow me to do more in the workouts.

Great knee sleeves!
I made the switch from my Rehband 7720s to the Assassins and I love the fit. Very snug when I first got them and wore them but they are opening up just enough to allow good movement. Little to no slippage which is the opposite of my Rehband sleeves. So far so good!

Super tight at first but after a few workouts they molded great to my knees. Definitely go a size up if you are on the high end of your size. Glad I decided on 5mm, 7mm would be to much.
