Great for mobility work and myofascial reslease of tight muscles and adhered tissue! Rubber material provides good grip on the skin to break up those adhesions!

Just rolling the ball under your feet creates great lengthening of the tissue. Was able to gain an inch touching my toes after just a couple of minutes rolling my feet! Your feel also feel great post usage! Don't forget to use it under your glutes or neck, too!!
I purchased this because I am on my feet a lot at work and have developed metatarsalgia. The spikey ball is great for finding and rolling out trigger points on my feet. I've noticed some pain relief already
I work with high school runners and universally prescribe Rock Balls for preventative and rehabilitative myofascial homework.
I use these balls in the clinic for patients to roll their hands and arms out before I stretch them. They love having the control of pressure and stretch first plus the smooth ball followed by the bumpy ball really get in to release the restrictions. At home, we use the balls for the entire body pre and post stretch.
I love my balls. I use the texture one for my back and use the smooth one for trigger points in my shoulders. I love them.
I will order more from this and give it to my clients who are in a rehab program. I like the firmness of the smooth one, and the size of the spikey one. It's a perfect combo plus it's a good price for what you get.
I use these everyday, after a workout, they loosen all the tight muscles.
The Rock Tape mobility balls are awesome!! All of our athletes benefit from them.
Both of the balls help to relieve TrP in myself and patients when used appropriately. They combine the right amount of pressure with the ability to target specific areas in the muscular system.
I am a massage therapist, I've been using 4 inch rubber balls for my own self myofascial release for years.....This set blew me away! I have used several other sets from different companies who shall remain nameless, they have seams or plugs from the molding process that just seem to make the product feel cheap. The textured ball is amazing, I've been using it for about 3 weeks now almost every day, mostly for feet, glutes and lateral rotators. The smooth ball is also great for areas you don't want to go as deep with. I am writing this review then purchasing several more sets as gifts for my clients! I can't recommend this product enough!
These 2 balls are the best size and texture to get muscular mobility and flexibility. I have one in my clinic and at home for my own use!
Great tools for mobility. I have these in my clinic for patients and they love them. Great value, the balls sturdy and strong.
easy sell, like the booklet included, it helps clients to remember what i showed them
Really enjoy having the bag to carry both types of balls travel or just going to the gym so I don't have to fish around my bag looking for it. It's great having the smaller dense ball to get those small tight areas. The bigger ball is just soft enough to mold into the muscle combined with the more aggressive texture really works the tissue.
