ROCKTAPE's Active-Recovery (AR) series of tapes are designed to enhance performance and recovery.  Unlike regular compression garments and tapes, ROCKTAPE's AR series can be used both to apply compression to promote recovery, or decompression to relieve pain and swelling. Rocktape is engineered to meet the demands of endurance athletes like runners, swimmers and cyclists.

  1. Best Kinesio Tape on the market

    I have used the various Kinesio Tapes on the market, and by far, Rock Tape is the best. it does not come off during an event. It does not come off in the shower. Rock Tape is not pre-cut, so I can trim it specifically the way I need it for any particular part of the body. That allows for NO Wasted tape. Thanks Rock Tape! ! !

    i have tried other brands for personal and clinical use , and from a recent workshop, I had the chance to try this kinesiotape. Stretches better and does not comes off as easy as other brands. Excellent for active people. Every subject that I had use it, had a positive outcome.

    I've used every kind of kinesiology tape that I can find and Rock Tape holds better than all the rest. I have more patients coming back for it than any other brand. Makes me look like a star.

  4. Great product for injury recovery

    I am a weekend avid cyclist, and using 2" red color tape for my recent shoulder injury. It keeps the muscles and joints tightly in place, and helps stablizing the injury. It becomes little itchy after a day, probably because I stretched the tape too much. I wish they had my initially ordered clinical color in stock. Overall it is a great product.

    This tape is very cool looking which can be applied for any occasion. Everyone knows how great Rocktape is and its amazing functions, but it sets apart from its competitors by making tapes that are also nice to look at. Highly recommend it!
