ROCKTAPE's Active-Recovery (AR) series of tapes are designed to enhance performance and recovery.  Unlike regular compression garments and tapes, ROCKTAPE's AR series can be used both to apply compression to promote recovery, or decompression to relieve pain and swelling. Rocktape is engineered to meet the demands of endurance athletes like runners, swimmers and cyclists.

The ROCKTAPE AR series features:

- Stickier, hypoallergenic adhesive that won't fall off during competition

- 180% stretch, the same elasticity as skin, to promote full range of motion

- 97% cotton, 3% Nylon 6/12, low moisture absorption

- Tighter weave, which enables muscle to more easily snap back to neutral

- Water resistant

- Variety of designs and colors

- Wearable for up to 5 days

    As a CKTP and RockTape FMT2 RockDoc, I use this stuff all the time. It sticks better and lasts longer than the rest of the products out there.

    I LOVE RockTape! I have used the tape for a very long time. I could totally do with out the funky colors but it was on sale so I bought it. It's the same as the other RT I have bought so why not by the "sale" stuff?! Otherwise, it's awesome!

    At first I thought the Rocktape was just another fad. However, I was proven wrong when after a heavy leg routine I didn't have the knee pain I normally do after such a leg routine. Rocktape helped with my knee and it's also helping the pain I have in my shoulder. I'll be buying this stuff for a long time, not to mention recommending Rocktape to my clients!

    My clients live it. I live in Baton Rouge Louisiana. Is it possible that you can make some purple and gold tiger tape. I had clients fighting for the regular tiger tape. Please let me know. I want to be the first to sell it in this area.

    This tape is great. It stayed on for 4 hours of WOD work - total of 5 WODs for a competition. Doesn't bind up or wrinkle. Totally, totally stays in place and doesn't come off until I take it off. We love the biohazard design!

    This tape is very easy to work with. The high school athletes I work on love the Biohazard design. My only issue with it is the cost. It's about 60% more expensive than what I was using in the past.
