It stays around my kneecap for about five days, even after bathing every day. It really helps, too.

I never thought I would be able to heal after my horrible fall 6 months ago. Dr. told me to quit crossfit. He said lay off your foot completely. no MRI. But some serious pain kept happening. 1 month goes by and I met with Rocktape at the south-central regionals and got taped up. immediately I could walk again! my career has picked up and I am hitting all sorts of PRs. It may take time to adhere but once stuck it stays good for days! Love it! thank you rock tape! H2O tape holds better with sweat and water sports.

Rocktape, whether regular or H2O, is the best of the tapes out there. It is the only one that stays with me for three or four days as a firefighter/paramedic. I think the older batches were a little more tenacious, that is why I gave it four stars instead of five. But I still go to Rocktape when it's time to re-order.

I've been using RT for nearly two years now for shin splints and can attest to its healing prowess. A couple months ago I bought a beige roll from a local store just like I always do. When I started using it I noticed how much stronger the adhesive was compared to the numerous other rolls I've used in the past. It was so strong that I had to use rubbing alcohol to remove the residue afterward. At first I was bothered because I thought RT F'd up a perfectly good product by putting a different adhesive. It wasn't until I bought another roll that I realized there was a slight difference on the box. Rather than a silhouette of a man running there was a chick holding a surfboard with "H2O" in relatively small print above her. I suggest RockTape makes the packaging more obvious for the H2O version. Both versions work the equally well, it just helps to know which one you're buying/using.

RockTape was recommended to me by a friend after I was recovering from a sprained ankle. I use it for soccer and running. I can't believe how much it helps. I watched several of the videos for ankles and picked the one that looked best for my condition. It's much easier to apply than regular tape and continues to help my ankles after my activities.
