I like the density of this foam roller, it wasn't quite as long as I thought it would be but it still works great. This isn't quitw as long as those black styrofoam looking ones you see in the gym but it's about maybe 3-6inches shorter than those. Still works great and I am interested in their smaller size now too for portability.
