I have severe nerve damage in my ankle and foot. Even though the rock tape does not take away all the pain, it does alleviate some of it. I notice a difference when it starts to,wear off more then when I put it on. I do rub the tape during the three to four days I keep it on. I like how I can shower and it does not come off. It dries quickly too. I use the rock tape RX because I am not very active. I can say it does help. Anything that gives me some relief from the nerve pain is well worth writing and letting others know about. ( I usually do not write reviews. )
RockTapeRx’s gentle adhesive is great for special patient populations, like the less-active, children, the elderly, those with neurological disorders and those who are pregnant.
This is not meant to replace other RockTape kinesiology tapes. This is simply a gentler addition to our current offerings, ideal for less active patients.
How does it work?
RockTapeRX microscopically lifts the skin away from the muscle and fascia, which decompresses the area which reduces swelling. RockTape also signals the central nervous system through the skin's nerves, which provides powerful feedback to minimize pain* and cue form.
What are the benefits?
Relieves swelling through decompression which speeds recovery.
Increases awareness of your body position to help you maintain proper posture and form.
RockTapeRx is designed to be gentle on skin with 7% less adhesive – making it ideal for non-sporting taping applications.
97% Cotton, 3% Nylon
180% Stretch for Full Range of Motion

I am in my 3rd trimester of pregnancy and am using this on my stomach for diastasis recti. I originally used the regular Rocktape, but because of how sensitive my skin is in this area it was very painful to remove. I decided to try the Rocktape Rx for sensitive skin and it has been wonderful! Removal is super easy and not very painful at all. The tape isn't quite as strong as the original, but still seems to work well and do the job. Highly recommended for anyone with sensitive skin!
