Very convenient!
These are great! I’ve been cutting mine out for years and it saves so much time to use the precut! I use this and the 6 inch hook grip ones now and they meet most of my needs! I still have a few uncut rolls in case I need a custom length.

ROcktape Pre cut
As a sports and orthopedic specialist I use a lot of K tape. There is only one brand I trust to go on, stay on, and work right for my athletic clientele and that’s rocktape! The pre cut was easy, and I was surprised how often I grabbed it first instead of my typical measure and tape style. I think both should always be on hand, but precut will always be in my orders from here in out for ease ability.

The tape works great!! The pre cuts had to be re cut. Strands of fabric were hanging up and it pulled the tape leaving a gathering at the end.

I recommend this tape to anyone who wants to use the tape.The pre cut strips are very easy to apply and stay on better than if i had had to cut the tape.
Pre cut Tape
I am very happy with this tape.It was easy to apply,and, it stayed on for 5 days.I inadvertently sprayed it with "Deep Woods" spray and I think it loosened the adhesive. I will buy it again, and recommend it to anyone with arthritis in their knees.
